Oscar winning actress Jennifer Hudson has gotten engaged to her boyfriend David Otunga on Friday, a rep told People magazine. Her boyfriend David Otunga who has been dating Jennifer for less than a year, proposed on the star's 27th birthday on September 12.The rep said "I can confirm that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend David on Friday night in L.A."
David Otunga, is best known for being a contestant, nicknamed Punk, on hit reality TV show I Love New York 2 proposed with a diamond ring from exclusive jewellers Neil Lane.
In January 2008 Jennifer began filming her fourth film The Secret Life of Bees as Rosaleen
which will be released in October 2008.
