Just minutes before Kid Rock should be on the stage at the Download Festival in England was rushed to the hospital according to British press reports.Kid Rock was meant to play the Main Stage, but as he was due to come on stage an announcement was made.
"We've had the curse of Dowload. Kid Rock is not very well (and) we've had to rush him to hospital in Nottingham," festival organizers said in a statement. "He apologizes to his fans."
Kid Rock's spokesperson later told the music magazine NME. that the singer was suffering from stomach cramps and dehydration.
People Magazine says that he attended a late-night event at Central London's Whisky Mist nightclub that had continued into the early hours of June 13.
